Bioline Dengue Duo
Der Bioline Dengue Duo ist ein immunologischer POCT-Schnelltest zur qualitativen Detektion von Dengue NS1 Antigen, sowie IgG- und IgM-Antikörpern. Der Kassettentest ermöglicht eine schnelle Dengue-Diagnostik über verschiedene Krankheitsstadien hinweg und liefert Ergebnisse innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten. Der Test ist für den professionellen Einsatz in Klinik, Notaufnahme, Ambulanz und weiteren medizinischen Einrichtungen konzipiert und eignet sich für Vollblut, Serum und Plasma. Durch die Kombination aus Antigen- und Antikörpernachweis unterstützt der Test eine frühzeitige klinische Entscheidungsfindung direkt am Point of Care.
Der Bioline Dengue Duo basiert auf einem immunochromatographischen Testprinzip. Er weist gleichzeitig das Dengue NS1 Antigen sowie IgG- und IgM-Antikörper gegen alle vier Dengue-Virus-Serotypen nach. Die Testkassette wird visuell ausgewertet, ein Analysegerät ist nicht erforderlich. Das kombinierte Testprinzip ermöglicht sowohl den Nachweis einer akuten Infektion als auch die serologische Einordnung späterer Krankheitsphasen.
