Bioline HIV/Syphilis Duo
Der Bioline HIV/Syphilis Duo ist ein immunologischer POCT-Schnelltest zur simultanen qualitativen Detektion von HIV-1/2-Antikörpern und Antikörpern gegen Treponema pallidum. Der Kassettentest wurde für den professionellen Einsatz in medizinischen Einrichtungen entwickelt und ermöglicht ein effizientes Screening aus Vollblut, Serum oder Plasma. Mit einer kurzen Ergebniszeit von 15 bis 20 Minuten unterstützt der Test schnelle klinische Entscheidungen, insbesondere in zeitkritischen Versorgungssituationen wie Klinik, Notaufnahme oder Screeningprogrammen. Durch die Kombination zweier relevanter Infektionsparameter in einem POCT Test reduziert der Bioline HIV/Syphilis Duo den organisatorischen Aufwand und den Probenbedarf im Vergleich zu Einzeltests.
Der Bioline HIV/Syphilis Duo basiert auf einem festen immunochromatographischen Testprinzip. Der Schnelltest weist Antikörper der Isotypen IgG, IgM und IgA gegen HIV-1/2 sowie Treponema pallidum nach. Die Testdurchführung erfolgt als visueller Kassettentest ohne zusätzliche Geräte. Als Probenmaterial können Vollblut, Serum oder Plasma verwendet werden. Der POCT Schnelltest ist für den dezentralen Einsatz konzipiert und eignet sich für Umgebungen mit begrenzter Laborinfrastruktur.

Der POCT-Test eignet sich besonders für strukturierte Screeningprogramme und klinische Routinen mit hohem Probenaufkommen.
