BinaxNow Influenza A & B
Der BinaxNow Influenza A & B Schnelltest von Abbott ist ein immunologischer POCT Test für den qualitativen Nachweis von Influenza-A- und -B-Antigenen aus Nasopharyngeal- und Nasenabstrichen sowie Nasenspül- und Aspiratproben. Der Kassettentest liefert innerhalb von 15 Minuten klare, digital auswertbare Ergebnisse und unterstützt eine schnelle Differenzialdiagnose bei akuten Atemwegsinfektionen. Durch die einfache Handhabung und die automatisierte Ergebnisinterpretation eignet sich der Test ideal für klinische Bereiche mit hohem Patientenaufkommen.
Der Test basiert auf einem immunchromatographischen Verfahren, das virale Nukleoprotein-Antigene erkennt. Die Probe wird in einer Elutionslösung aufbereitet und anschließend auf die Testkarte aufgetragen, wo spezifische Antikörper Influenza-A- oder -B-Antigene binden. Die Entwicklung erfolgt innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Der Workflow ist schlank und benötigt keine Laborausstattung.
